How do I deal with interactive voice response systems (ivrs) on my iPhone 13 mini running ios 15.1? I switch to speaker but when I move my fingers around the screen, I usually do not get any feedback. Sometimes, I have been able to make things work usually if I start by initiating the call on speaker.
The problem starts when I receive a call and I need to press say the umber 1 to acknowledge a credit card transaction from my bank.
If the answer is to wear headphones, the problem is that I am not wearing them all the time. If there is no other way, then I will begin to carry a pair with me always.
