customizing the rotor in IOS 13

hi all, I'm going into the haptic area in voiceover with iOS 13, and i see the next and previous rotor options, but how in the world do i customize them? all I see when I go in their is sound on haptic on and preview. so where is the button to customize them?

Go to setting, accessibility, voiceover, command, touch gestures. Select the one that has no use. I use 2 finger slide left and right to go previous and next for it. Select 2 finger slide left and tap on it, slide until you get to what you need.Do the same for next.

hi their, i'm in the commands and i'm looking at the 2 finger rotate to previous roter, and i go in their and i see activate and secondary activate, so how do i change this jesture to the 2 finger flick left?

To select top on what you want to use, in my case i use 2 finger slide left and tap, slide until I got to roder and kept going until I got to slide previous, tap and it selected. When you go back to see 2 fingers slide left you hear previous Do not forget on command slide until you get to touch gestures.
