Customizing pronunciations

Hi all, I am trying to replace some text in an app, and wondering if I can use wildcards.
For the shredder chess app, I have been able to replace the algebraic notation such as b1 with bravo 1 to make it easier to understand what column the app is referring to, via the voiceover pronunciation settings.
However, I also need to have it speak out a line in the app that shows the following:
evaluation-1.2
This line refers to the current evaluation of the game, sometimes it shows a plus sign, sometimes a minus sign.
But it does not read the minus sign to me, so I have to go through character by character to determine if it is reading a positive or negative number.
I have tried using wildcards in the pronunciation replacement, for example:
replace:
evaluation-*
with
eval minus
No luck though, I have also tried using quotation marks, etc.
Is it even possible to use wildcards when trying to replace words or phrases?
Lastly, is it possible to save my pronunciation settings so I could share with other folks?
Having shredder read out the notation like this is very handy, but it took a while to add all the values, no need for everyone that uses shredder to re invent the wheel here if I can share my work.
