Current temperature missing in Notifications

iOS and iPadOS

Here is an example:
Mostly sunny currently. The high will be -5°. Clear tonight with a low of -11°.

The current temperature has been missing since iOS 8. This is random. Sometimes it shows the current temperature but mostly it doesn't. I need to open the weather app to find out what the current temperature is. Then I have to close it again.

I'm in Canada. This might make a difference.

I'm in the States, and I don't see current temperatures either. Gone are the moon phases too, but then they were more often way out of whack.

I wondered if it was just me or voiceover. Now I wonder how many other people don't get the current temperature when they check the weather in notifications.

Sometimes it's there, sometimes not. I couldn't find it a couple of days ago, but it has it today.
