There is a record button that should show up after the first post in voiceover navigation (it is on the bottom right), you will be able to post once you record. I'm working on improving the navigation a little.
It would be nice if the new post composer doesn't automatically switch my audio source to airplay audio; I can hardly hear VO unless I manually switch my audio source back to speaker from the control center.

Audio source in new post composer
I just updated Jacket.fm and in the new post composer somehow the audio still switches to AirPlay audio, instead of remaining on speaker.
