It's simpler to download music on your iphone se2020.
At least I do the same.
I use nPlayer.
It was just my advice and my opinion.
If you want to create play list, then look at itunes.

Go ti nusic, library, playlist, tap on create a list, give the list a name, When you find the song you want to add to the list you just created, Tap and hold. After that slide your finger until you hear ad to a playlist. Follow instruction and the song will be aded to it.
Hi. To create a new playlist, make sure the library tab is selected, then swipe to playlists and double-tap. You are now in the screen where all your existing playlists are. Left of these playlists is an add new playlist button. Double-tap this and name your new playlist in the area within that screen. That's how to create it. Your post didn't specify whether you were also looking for help adding tracks to it, so if you are, than please just shout up.

You can also ask Siri to add the currently playing song to a playlist.
