In Windows 10 build 1709 we are supposed to be able to start working on something on an iPhone then continue working on it on the PC using the Continue On PC App.
The App Store link is:
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/continue-on-pc/id1254607852?mt=8
In the version of the app I downloaded today I have to turn off VoiceOver, then swipe with one finger from right to left to move to the next page of the tutorial that opens when the app is opened. There is a place where you are supposed to be able to change pages that shows up with voiceover, and flicking up and down on it causes VoiceOver to announce a page change but the page doesn't actually change. We're able to use this with Office apps on iPhone as well. What You have to do from within a document is , double tap Share, then double tap Send with another app, then double tap Continue On PC, then decide how you want it to show up on your PC. The options are Continue later and send to action center on all your PCs. Sharing to Dropbox is easier.
