My sister was having an irritating issue when she received a notification, Voice Over would read out "collapsed stack." A friend was having the same, but I wasn't. So I looked into it and if anyone else is experiencing it and wants to stop it, there's just 3 steps to fixing it:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Go to Notifications.
3. At the top of the Notifications screen is where you choose how you want Notifications to be displayed. It seems that "Stack" is default, so tap on "List," and Voice Over no longer says "Collapsed Stack."
