I have a number of very long notes in the Notes app. I can't get Voiceover to read beyond the first paragraph. If I try to move through the document, Voiceover jumps out of the document to the app interface e.g. scroll bar.
If I edit the document, the keyboard appears and I can get further but I have to read it line by line.

sure this is a recent change as I could read full length docs previously.
Any advice on how to do this would be welcomed.

You're saying that if you open Notes, select a note from your list, double tap the text area until you hear, "insertion point at start," and then swipe down with two fingers, it doesn't read the whole note? Because I just tried that with a couple of my notes, both of which were longer than the first screen (I assume), and they both read all the way through.

Sorry, I may not have explained my problem well enough.
I can read from the top by swiping down from the top of the screen. I can't however, read from a point further down the document. If Iedit the document and set my rotor to Line, it will read the current paragraph then jump out to the interface (vertical scroll bar).
I'm sure that there was a Paragraph option in the rotor that allowed me to move through the document one paragraph at a time but this doesn't seem to be available any more.
