Can not delete both Siri South-African English voices

Hello
I would like to delete both Siri South-African male and female voices, but there is no delete option to find. All the other Siri English voices can be deleted. Any ideas please?

Have you tried to delete with Actions in rotor. That’s how I did it when testing voices in 13.

Under actions on the Rotor there is unfortunately only one options available and that is Copy.

Just tested. Able to delete voices.
I went to list of voices, when at list I swiped to download. After download completed the download button disappears.
After it downloaded I double tapped. It brings to sample voice. Top of screen has an edit button... tap that and swipe voice to delete. It will give delete option. After backing out of screen it should say download voice again. HTH
