Control center cannot be accessed by swiping three fingers any more not even when you turn VoiceOver off, is there a way to access control center any more, or is this something you will have to work on?
Thanks.

First, it's important to note before going further that Voiceover changes the way a user interacts with an IOS device, EG one finger to swipe with Voiceover versus 3 fingers when enabled. Having voiceover on should have no effect on your access to control center other than requiring a user to tap the status bar before pulling up with 3 fingers. There is however a settings section which could keep you from accessing the control center in places other than the home screen. Depending on your IOS device, you may have to scroll down a little to get to it (settings>Control Center). Here you will find 2 switches, allowing you to specify where the control center can be accessed, exception being the home screen. Have a visit there, insuring both switches are set to on if desired. Should the issue persist, feel free to note it here.
