Can all messages in a What's App chat be played at once?

Hi all,

I'm involved in various What's App groups. I've had family in town, so I've gotten behind on group messages. As of a minute ago, I had around fifty messages which are unread/unheard. Is there a way to play all without having to flick to each and every bloody one of them?
