Hello. I have downloaded and installed the HancockWhitney bank app on my phone and am trying to access my account. I have no problem with accessing my account on my PC, but after logging in to my account on my iPhone, I am taken to a screen of challenge questions to make sure I am the correct person attempting to log in. I am able to answer the questions, but there is a "yes" button that I am trying to check, and apparently, it will not allow me to check the button because when I press submit, it indicates that I need to do it again. What can I do to make this button properly activate? Thanks in advance for your help, and have a good day.

Have you tried a hard press? Sometimes that works. Also, you can focus VO to that button, turn VO off, tap button and turn VO back on. That sometimes is a good workaround.
I’d look for the Accessibility email, or phone of your FI. Let them know. That’s a pretty big barrier when identity has to be verified.

Sometimes using using an external input device such as a keyboard will work.

I know this is a very old question from today. Depending on the IOS version you are using you might want to check that box by trying to activate VoiceOver Screen Recognition which claims to make inaccessible applications accessible and it does live up to its claim 90% of the time. Ideally you should report this challenge to the app. developer/ your bank/ customer service
