I have encountered a bug in the Mail App. I don't know how to fix it. Can anybodoy help?

I use an iPhone 5s with IOS 10.2.1.

Until last week, I was using 3 mail Mail acounts with my phone. One is a Hotmail account with Microsoft, one is my iCloud account and the last is with my ISP provider. I encountered a problem with my Hotmail account. I deleted it ans reentered it. Since then, Mail is using my ISP account as default mail account for sending emails. In the Settings app, I indicated that the Hotmail account should be the default Mail account. I have erased also the ISP account and reentered it. Since then the ISP account is always the default account, except when it is erased. Then the Hotmail account is used a default.

When I create a new email, the From field indicates the ISP account, even after it is deleted. When I recreate dhe ISP account, I receive an error message, when I send a new email. In all times, the Hotmail account is the default Mail account in the Settings. The error message says that the username or the password of the ISP account is incorrect. I tried to change the password of the ISP account. It works with Outlook 2010, on my PC. The error message keeps appearing on my phone. I checked the creating procedure with my ISP and it is all correct.

I did not deleted the iCloud account. Il feared to lose my iCloud Data and my Family calendar. Should I delete all Mail accounts and recreate them? It semms that the order of the accounts creation may have some importance for the Mail App. Can anybody explain it to me? I currently don't see any solution. Iwold like a community help before submitting the bug to Apple. I think that is really a bug...

Thanks for any help.
