Bug in iOS7 on iPhone 5c with Reminders app

I just got my 5C a couple of weeks ago. I know its running iOS7, but I don't know how to get the exact version information. Lately when I've made reminders in the Reminders app, there's a very annoying bug. When I activate the text field for the reminder title, and I start typing with my Apple wireless keyboard, it's like the first key I enter, T for example, gets stuck, and it puts a bunch of T's in the text field. It doesn't let up until I type another letter. Then, when I hold down the delete key to delete all the T's, the delete command gets stuck, and the only way to stop it is to hit the home button. When using the virtual keyboard, I've noticed that it doesn't take the first letter I put in for some reason, but it doesn't get stuck like the Bluetooth keyboard does. The only way to work around this bug is to either type using the virtual keyboard, type a fiew letters then click the More Info button, or use a different app such as Alarmed for my reminders. I've tried a hard reset, and it still does it. Has anyone else noticed this annoying bug?

Haven't encountered that specific issue, but I have observed similar quirky behavior. I did some searching a while ago and learned that the issue is not VoiceOver specific. Sighted users have also had issues with keyboard input with iOS 7. It is also not specific to the Apple keyboard but also can happen with third-party keyboards. The exact symptoms seem to vary from user to user, though. In my case, the main issue is that the keyboard does not always work for typing text after activating a text field. I have also had an arrow key register several times if I hadn't pressed a key in a while prior to hitting it. This causes VoiceOver focus to move several items farther than I intended. The only VoiceOver-specific issue I've observed with keyboard use is one I've seem reported here earlier. That is the problem with the Control key not pausing speech as it is supposed to. That works on my Macintosh running Mavericks, but not on my iPa with iOS 7. Hopefully iOS 7.1 can fix some of these keyboard issues.

I found the source of the Reminders bug. I'm running iOS 7.0.4. Turning off Reduce Motion fixed it for me. This is completely weird...With Reduce Motion off, my Bluetooth keyboard is now acting normally again within the Reminders app. I'm starting another thread about turning on Reduce Motion in iOS 7.0.4, because it causes multiple problems on my 5C. Thanks to everyone who posted.
