Quick heads up that if you use Facebook, there is a rather nasty accessibility regression in version 560.0.0 of the Facebook app.
In version 560.0.0 (May 5, 2026), if you open a post, the text of the post is not seen by VoiceOver.
From what I can tell, it appears the post screen has been redesigned. There is a new button that says "Drag Handle" that appears to do nothing when pressed. Reactions, comments, and shares are all tabs now... Or, at least, VoiceOver verbalizes them as tabs. IDK.
Speaking of reactions, in addition to VoiceOver not being able to see text of posts when in the post screen, I also was not able to figure out how to add a reaction to the post from within that screen. A three-finger single-tap on the Reactions tab does nothing.

After they fixed the fact i couldnt double tap on the post to open it now this. Thanks for the heads up. I will not be updating this version.

This isn't just a Facebook thing, it's a Meta thing in general. Instagram and WhatsApp are prime examples of this "fix to break, then break to fix" trend.

Well, outside of the post i can only do a like reaction if i wanted to. If i opened the post it self and back out of it after reading comments the focus jumps back to the very top so you have to scroll till you find back what you want. I found a way to stop that from happening where as i back out of it i would just keep my finger on the screen and it just stays there and i can scroll forward if i wanted to. Its really annoying that when they claim to fix something they always break more stuff in the process and its not only with facebook with other things to.
