I am, of course making an assumption that there are likely several apps that do this as their main function or as one function among many. I am looking for one that is accessible and preferably easy to use. i will be using it on my phone, but the more problematic use will be with another phone I am helping somebody out with. Their phone started going through its battery capacity like crazy sometime in the last two weeks for no apparent reason. No new apps that use up a lot of power on network, no updates that might cause the app to be on cellular or Wifi more, no settings changes, just a big drain of power. I had been wanting t find something to help me increase my battery life as much as possible anyway, so helping out with this problem gives me motivation to make me a better user of my own phone.
Any suggestions, reviews or other input would be greatly appreciated. while free is always good, I am more than willing to pay for something that works well and is accessible and the person I am helping is frustrated enough to pay for whichever app will help the most.
