Audible and Sleep Timer

Hello: I'd like to as if someone can give me the steps to activate sleep mode in the Audible ap? It seems straight forward but I have not been able to get this feature to work. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance. also, thank you for being there.
