Are there any accessible tempo-modification apps

Hello AppleVis,
I have an audio file containing music that has a tempo of about 138 BPM (beats per minute) but would like to modify its BPM and not its speed. Are there apps that do this?
I tried Tempo Slow Mo, but it was just so inaccessible to the point where it was just a decoration on the home screen.

Perfect Tempo works fine for me.
