Are there any accessible anamation or illustration apps for the blind?

I just heard of, Calapeg and Loooume anamation apps. I didn’t know if these were accessible for the blind or if you know of any others that are. Please list all, drawing, painting, coloring, anamation/illustration apps for the blind community.
