Hi Folks,
Using ios 9.02 it seems impossibmle to leave recviews in the appstore. The review page disappears each time I attempt to enter text into the different fields of the review page.is anyone else experiencing this problem or am I doing something wrong?

I got the same. Whenever I tried reviewing, it seems like the page getting refreshed and taking me to the same place again. Unable to submit my review at all. And it's happening only after IOS9 for sure.
I don't know that the app store is still down.
Try writing a apstore review now. The appstore might be up.
