AppleBooks and continuous reading. I have quite a lot of Apple Books still to read on my iPhone, but since a recent IOS update I have found this very difficult. In the past I opened a book and a two finger flick down would start continuous reading. It would only stop when I touched the screen. Now Voice Over reads a couple of pages and then stops. I then have to find the page it has stopped on and start reading again. This makes reading very frustrating as I have to keep doing this and can’t just sit back and enjoy my book being read to me. Is this an issue others are having and is there a way to have continuous reading back? Thanks.

Exactly the same issue on Mac
As said above. And I've already reported to Apple's accessibility email with fecking no avail.
Make text smaller. See if improves
I think text size determines how this woks. Make it smaller and test
How do you do that?
I use Voiceover so never pay attention to text size and stuff like that.
Text size
I have set text to the smallest but makes no difference.
Books.
It only seems to happen in certain titles. Must be a layout problem. Trying to read a York notes guide on Atonement, reading on old phone running ios12 is grand with continuous, but on ios16 on 11 pro, It keeps stopping and being horrible. Hope addressed in 17.
