Apple Music Not Scrolling Properly with VoiceOver

Hi all! Ever since the release of iOS 13, I can't do the three-finger swipe to switch between pages in a tab in Apple Music with VoiceOver turned on. Additionally, when I try to scroll by heading, it says "heading not found," even though I know there are more headings on the page. I've been having to use the scrollbar on the screen, which is a welcome addition, but I'm wondering if anyone else has been having this issue or similar? I reported it to Apple but it doesn't seem that there is currently a fix as of yet. Thank you all!

Of course.
I have the same problem.
in addition, when I swype my finger over the elements, the screen does not follow the focus. The result is that when I choose an album or playlist that can't be seen on the screen, it moves me to another card.

Reporting to Apple since October and no response. :(

I have contacted Apple accesibility, and have talke d to a few people in the department, I also can tell you that with out voiceover on the scrolling issue is there as well, One of the reps I spoke to did a screen share with me, and We found out that visually it is not working as well. But voiceover should work correctly. when doing this I do agree.

There is a way to work around this issue.
Ueing a three finger swipe up and down to scroll, will put voiceover in focus with what you are trying to do. This tells me that the voiceover cursor is not synced with the curso on scren,What apple needs to do is see why the two of them have stopped working altogehter.
