Hello Everyone,
I have an iPhone 12, which is running IOS 16.6, and I use the Music App a lot, in terms of Apple Music. I do have an important question for all of you. I'm on the Browse tap on the Music App but I'm not able to search for any artist meaning I can add their album to their library that was never there, etc. MY Subscription, along with my Family Subscription is still active but is there a big problem with the plat form, especially if there are any bugs going on with the last IOS Update? If I'm in the Library, I can search for an artist as long I already have them in my library but when it comes to searching for new artists on the Browse Tab on the Music Tab, it's not there as I'm not able to find any new artist or anything that I don't have in my library. Anyway, if somebody can get back to me right away, I would sincerely appreciate it very much.

Searching Apple Music with the Music app.
If you want to search for music available via Apple Music rather than from your own library do the following.
Launch the Music app.
Select the Search Tab which is the fifth item, bottom right.
Locate the Search area and double tap. Enter your search term and make sure Apple Music is selected. There are two options here, Apple Music or your own library. Then double tap Search and hopefully results in Apple Music will be displayed.

Hello Travis, When you're searching for songs or artists in the Search tab, you double-tap on the field that says, artists, songs, lyrics and more.
