Hi everyone,
I started a few months ago an app-based service that helps make a senior parent living on their own safer. It consists of an app for the older adult to check in on a regular basis, log outings, and has an alert mechanism through Siri. Another app is designed for relatives to keep track of the older adult status and receive alerts if a safety issue is identified.
I built the apps to be visually accessible from the get-go, with special attention to properly supporting large accessibility font sizes, but only recently optimized them for VoiceOver. I want the VoiceOver experience to be great on these apps and I'm looking for VoiceOver users who would be interested in testing the service and provide feedback.
Both the older adult and relatives apps are VoiceOver compatible, but you have to set up the older adult app first to get into the other one. (For a pure testing approach, it's possible to role play and run both apps on the same device)
The App Store apps are subscription-based, but I will provide a free access through TestFlight to interested testers (get in touch by private message).
