I haven't tried myself, but there have been reports that some users were having problems with the iTunes and App stores. Not all users have been affected, though. I do not know if the issue has been resolved yet or not.
Is this issue happening with one type of region? Or is it happening everywhere? Personally, I am not affected. I have the US App Store, and it works fine. Perhaps it only happens in other countries.
