App to post to multiple social media sites?

Are there any accessible iOS apps that will allow one to post to multiple socials at once such as to Facebook and Twitter?

What sites does it allow you to post to? Does it do telegram?

Buffer is extremely accessible with Voice Over. It does Facebook groups you manage and it used to work for Facebook personal posts. Some of the social media accounts it supports include Linked In, Tick Tock, and Mastodon. I am not sure if it still supports Twitter or not. Buffer does not support Telegram.
