app like old-fashioned radio

Hey, all!
I appologize if this has been posted before.
While I love digital music, music streaming services, and the like, there's one thing that I love, and get nostalgic for. I actually have one of these! :-) What I'm talking about is a radio/boom box! Where you turn or spin the dial, or, maybe in the more modern systems, push a button to change the station, or find a station. Yes, I'm showing my age, and, yes, I know, I sound like an old lady! :-) As I like to say, I have one foot in the modern world, and the other firmly planted in the old days. But, while I love internet radio and music streaming services, and, having digital music/albums, sometimes, I get nestalgic, for and just want the experience of just turning or spinning a dial to find or listen to a station.
There his an app that had this, mixed with the modern music streaming music service, by swiping right or left. Sadly, that app is no longer available. I know there's not another app EXACTLY like that. But, is there an app that's accessible that for lack of a better way to put it, mimics tuning a radio? I've heard of a couple of apps a few years ago. But, when I tried them, I found that they were sadly inaccessible.
Thank you in advance! :-)

An app to consider for your phone is the OOTunes radio recorder and alarm clock. It's either $4.99 or $5.99, don't remember which. Anyhow, you can set it up in such a way that you can line up your favorite streams like a radio dial. I play a little theater of the mind with it and when I have stations in a couple of different locations, I sort of pretend like they're HD channels like one would find on an HD radio set. In short that app lets you line up your favorites any way you like. The thing's been around almost as long as the iPhone itself. You can find all of the particulars either by searching for OOTunes either here on Apple Vis or in the app store.

Once set up, you would use previous and next item in the app as the plus and minus buttons on an actual radio.
