I have found TweetList Pro is worth the time for managing my Twitter account in general with all the different functions

Hello, have you tried using Twitterrific I hear that's another great one.

TweetList is your best option in my opinion. The app works smoothly with VoiceOver.

Hi! I know there are a lot of fans of Tweetlist out there, but that isn't the only Twitter app which works with VoiceOver: I use Twitterrific and I find that Twitterrific and VoiceOver work excellently together. So maybe you should do as I did, try both apps and see which one suits you best.

Hey guys. Thanks for your suggestions. The problem is, I have no money to pay for apps, and I honestly don't see a point in paying for an app that gives you access to a free service. That's just my opinion. Can anyone help in finding a free app?

You can also download a app called twitterific. It is a great app that also works with voiceover.

Well, you say you have no money left I thought Twitterrific was free. So maybe you should and best and getting a iTunes card with a little bit of money which means you should budgie with what money you do get from an SSI check or however you get paid. Hope that helps. And another thing to I don't think that Twitterrific is that expensive.

Hello Ivan, Found something you may want to give a try. The app is FREE to use and works rather well with VoiceOver. We all understand at times we just don't have the funds to get things that we want. Most of the Twitter apps such like Tweetlist and Twitterrific that have mention on here are PAID apps. They are such because they have mouths to feed and make a living. So anytime a developer can make our lives easier in using a 3rd party app. I am always gamed for it. Even if the Twitter service is FREE to use. DmAtChat - Only Twitter's Mention/DM Simply Chat https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/dmatchat-only-twitters-mention/id447521974?mt=8 You will find that this is just for Mentions and Direct Message in specific. So there are no timelines and such. It is with no thrilss and frills. So keep this in mind when you give this a try. It is a solution and for being FREE. It is certainly one of the better ones out there in what you are seeking for. HTH

Hi Ivan, While this may sound simple, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Twitter app with a fresh download from the App Store?
Thanks guys for your help, I will try and get an iTunes card. I have tried DM and Chat, or however that app is called, but found that VoiceOver doesn't see anything on screen after signing into Twitter. I'll find a way to pay for twitterific, however I heard from someone on Audioboo, that it was going to be discontinued? Or was that TweetList? I NEED push Notifications with these apps, and the app that Thomas is suggesting doesn't give me that option. Call it laziness, or call it a convenience. Local notifications just aren't good enough for me, because I clear my app switcher whenever I'm done with using an app.

Hello If it is a free Ap that You are after to manage your Twitter DM's, You could do worse than to try Hoot Suite. I find it a great Ap for reviewing my Twitter and Facebook feeds. HTH Sea No Evil.

I had this app already, but I don't think Twitter allowed it access to DMs, but I could be wrong.

Hi Ivan.
In my opinion, Twittererific has been the best Twitter app to use with VoiceOver. I use it for everything: Tweeting, mentioning someone on Twitter, responding to mentions and direct messages, you name it. And also, it gives you push notifications when someone follows you, retweets or favorites your tweet, etc.
I would highly recommend it.
Hope this helps :)
