An app for bookmarking and variable speed

Hello everyone, Would anyone be able to recommend an accessible podcast listening app allowing us to bookmark certain passages as well as having a good variable speed option? iCatcher appears to fulfill the latter but not the former, and the reverse is true for an app simply called Bookmark (I think that is what it is termed)! Ultimately, I would like to replace the Booksense audio player and use an iOS device exclusively. Any help with this issue would be much appreciated. Thank you.
