Any accessible live streaming apps?

Are there any accessible live streaming apps that VoiceOver can cope with?
I know Periscope is one, but any others would be appreciated.
Thanks.

That app doesn't allow you to live stream yourself. I just checked it out.

Periscope is the way to go for me even though video watching itself is a bit crazy. Wish I culd link that thign to my board suring aconvention so they can hear whwat's going on. That would be nice.

I like periscope but I want something more popular.

I've used periscope, but last time I streamed with it I had issues with VO reading all these weird letter and number combos. Very annoying. Unless they've made accessibility improvements since then.

I've never had that issue, and I just did a video wiht it about 2 weeks ago.

Hmm. I may need to test it again.

Okay, so when I just did a test broadcast I could easilly navigate it (or somewhat easily), but I saw an unlabeled button and this tcp thing that eventually told me something about the video I was shooting I think. Not sure why the hell that's there.

The first unlabeled button I think is the camera flash, the second one at least for me disconnected the video. Here is the video I did in periscope.

For now this is the only thing you will find until youtube roles out its mobile streaming platform. They are giving it to users with over 10 thousand subscribers first.

The reason why you cannot broadcast from the Twitch app is because that app is mostly gamers who stream their gameplay. I don't think they use their mobile phones to stream any of their content.

The second button in periscope made my iPad freeze up. Has that happened to any of you guys before?

By KE7ZUM on Sunday, March 26, 2017 - 13:48

Nope, for me it just stopps the broadcast.

Wow, that's a little funny. Cuz I see a stop broadcast button, a camera selection toggle, a weird thing that tells you the quality of your video, etc.
Then they are two buttons that are unlabeled and I pressed the button, and my iPad decided to go, la la la la dee dee la and freeze and have a mind of its own. lol

Has anyone tried facebook Live? I know I've had some accessibility issues when trying to watch other people's live streams, e.g. I couldn't seem to close the stream when I was done, but I haven't yet tried broadcasting myself.
Also, do your streams get saved to your camera roll after as you can choose to do with Periscope?

I will not touch facbook live. I explained why in my video, but basically the user cannot watch the video. Voiceover goes into this direct touch mode and you cannot comment, like etc. We've talked to fb about this and they say fill out this feedback form. I think those comments go into file 13.
