Last month, I posted announcing 2cBoard version 1.0. 2cBoard is a large-key keyboard that is designed for the visually impaired.
I received several comments asking for improvements, and I thank you for the comments.
Rami and I have worked on the app and today we are releasing version 1.1 that addresses some of your comments.
Here are the improvements:
We have improved the contrast by default in the white and black color schemes.
We have improved the support for VoiceOver and you may now use the keyboard with VoiceOver. We have also reported a bug to Apple concerning the lack of VoiceOver in the details of the items in the store. We hope that Apple will fix this bug soon, but until then we have added some explanations with VoiceOver in the store to alleviate the problem.
We have added a guided tour to the app, so that you will be able to easily use the keyboard after taking this guided tour.
This guided tour is a five-minute tour, and this is all the time investment you need to start using the keyboard.
Again, I thank you for the comments and I hope than the 2cBoard keyboard will help you.
If you have other comments, please feel free to send them. We are continually developing 2cBoard, and we will try to implement the comments in our development.
