Is it me or is some of the parts of the amazon app very sluggish with voiceover? I was in the amazon fresh part of the app today and the sluggishness was terrible! I'm not sure if this is an amazon thing or a voiceover thing but it's quite annoying. I'm thinking it's amazon because jaws is sluggish with the website as well.
I'm running the latest version of ios.

Fresh
I’ve also experienced this with Fresh. While handled in app, my guess is you’re working from a different site. Might be Amazon and VO related.
Can you try Prime Now app?
Thanks, the prime app was
Thanks, the prime app was much better.
I've noticed this on Amazon's main app, too!
Oh, God! I thought I was the only one experiencing this! The app is mostly fine for me, except just after loading a product page! Then it slows down like anything until I've scrolled down the listing a few times with the three-finger swipe up.
Has anyone else noticed that VO skips certain headings when moving down a product page heading by heading? If you move back up, though, those headings are announced and moved to propperly. It usually skips the description and product features. Also, if you accidentally go too far while trying to get to something, like the frequently asked questions heading, but land on the reviews heading, you can't just do a one-finger flick up to move back up to it--that'll take you to the product info heading, and then you have to do the one-finger flick down to get back to the heading you wanted. This happens with the reviews, top reviews, and the top international reviews headings, too.
Thanks,
Shersey
Heading skipping problem seems to have been resolved.
This is strange. I just opened the Amazon app to search for popcorn seasonings, and low and behold, the heading skipping problem I spoke about in my last comment seems to be a nonissue now. I'm pleasantly surprised, and I hope this state of affairs continues. It's a nice change to have something going right.
Also, the sluggishness when loading a page seems to be fixed, too. I didn't have to do a bunch of three-finger flicks up to get the app to respond. I suppose I could have just waited before, but I was impatient. I don't think it's an internet issue, either, as both issues had been happening for quite a while--possibly a few weeks or even months. I'd just gotten so used to the workarounds, I guess. Anyhow, I'm glad things seem to be fixed, at least for the main app; I can't speak on the accessibility of any of Amazon's other shopping app offerings, as I don't use them.
Thanks,
Shersey
