Hello. I’d like to mute notifications when they arrive. I’ve turned off the setting for always speak notifications but it still occurs. How can I make this work?
I wanted to follow up on this for future reference. After talking with Apple support, it looks like iOS will speak a banner notification because it takes away the cursor focus from anything else. The solution might be to turn off banner notifications. It doesn’t seem like that’s what was intended but hopefully Apple can improve on this in the future.
