Advancing through videos with YouTube

Hi All, My 4S is jailbroken, and I just installed the ProTube extension which allows you to download videos to your i device from the regular YouTube app. Before installing this, I was able to advance through a vid by flicking up/down with one finger. Now, the only way to do this, is to double tap, holding on the second tap, and sliding from left to right. Anyone know why the YT app is now behaving this way, and if there's a way to revert back to how I was advancing through vids before? Thanks, Shane.
