Hello can anyone please help me? I am facing a problem with adjusting a slider for the charging limit. For example if I want to set a limit to 90, now voiceover only calls out the options like 75, 50, 25 or 0. I tried dubble tap and hold to adjust it but doesn't work. I also reseted voiceover settings but that also didn't work. Is this a bug? If anyone knows the answer please let me know. Thank you.

Probably the same issue
I reported here and to Apple something very similar. You can no longer change the speed of VO apart from the slider 5% incraments. Double tap and hold used to allow you to choose any percent now no more. Suspect your issue is exactly the same thing. Report to Apple.

I have no idea what you're talking about but I do not think this is the same issue. Still, good on you for reporting it.
@Edward, what you're seeing is likely an oversight. However, the battery charge limit is being adjusted.; The slider being at 0% means it is limiting itself to 80% of your battery for charging. 25% on the slider equals 85%, 50% is 90% charge, 75% is 95% charge and 100% is... well, 100%.
I know it's a bit confusing, but I hope this helps.
