accessible talking clock on Ios 26

Hello all:
I was using some apps to know the time on each hour, but all of them are not working now,
I even tried the VOice clock, but it is not working here and i do not know why.
so, what is the best accessible Talking clock that is working reliably on Ios 26?
Also, i was using an app called almost time, that tells me the time before the head of each hour,
is there an alternative now?

Westminster Chimes may still be in the app store. It hasn't been updated in forever, but I still use it reliably every day for announcing the time in half hour and hour increments. You can have it chime or do voice announcements.

Wish they can add more Voices or make it better,
