Hi Primrose. Forget Evernote, it is a notes app rather than a word processing app, and is not fully accessible with VoiceOver. Most of the menus etc. are accessible, but there are issues with creating and editing notes. You could try Droptext. I haven't used it much, but it is accessible. It looks to be fairly basic though, so depends what you need. If you're looking for a full word processor, take a look at Pages by Apple. It works pretty well with VoiceOver. It's not fully integrated with Dropbox, but you can send documents to Dropbox if you have the Dropbox app on your iPhone. If you are just after a notes app, rather than a full word processor, then Notesy is a good alternative to Evernote. It is fully accessible and integrates really well with Dropbox. HTH
