Accessibility Reader does not read emails from iPhone or iPad Mail App.

The Accessibility Reader shortcut does not read emails in iPhone or iPad iOS 26. After having me try all sorts of things, (reset, delete email, etc.) the Apple support person, who also could not get it to work said it was a bug.
