today I got an alert while using messenger that an update was needed in order to continue to make audio calls. I updated the app and now accessibility is almost completely broken. I can't get to the menu because the profile picture button is unlabeled and voiceover just skips it entirely. All my archived messages are in that inaccessible menu, and so are the settings. I don't understand why companies force users to update apps to continue to use them. I try not to update apps at all because of problems just like this one. meta is not the only company who does this. Spectrum is just as guilty of forcing updates, but there haven't really been many accessibility changes with the updates so far thank goodness. I am so frustrated with Meta right now that I am considering organizing a boycott. This is because accessibility has gotten consistently worse with each update of messenger over the last year or so.

Well its the same company, but even with another update of face book it self, its still a nightmare to use so I don't know how they will fix it or if they even know or care about it.
