I have the iPad version, and though some aspects of the app work fine, there are other areas where VoiceOver has problems. The remote control, for example, has a lot of unlabeled buttons, and I needed sighted help to add custom labels to the buttons so I could use that feature. The program guide appears to be fully accessible, though I only get channel numbers, not channel names or call signs, when browsing through it. There are other issues here and there, though most of them appear to be minor. That said, there are a lot of features in the app I haven't tried out yet. I can't speak for the iPhone version.
