Hello,
I thought I would bring this up to others in the hopes that I was not hallucinating. I know that it was announced that in iOS 10, we will be able to remove the shortcuts of Apple stock applications (e.g. Calculator, Stocks, Podcasts, etc.). Although the app itself will not really be removed, just the shortcut, but if we wish to add one of these apps back to our phone, we can download it from the App Store.
Now I am currently running the latest version of iOS (9.3.4), when exploring the app store and viewing all apps developed by Apple, all stock apps are now available for download in the App Store. I do find this kind of odd that we are able to download the Calculator app from the App Store when we already have it installed and that we can even see these apps even though we are not running iOS 10.
Now I am just wondering if anyone else is also seeing these apps or perhaps it is just me and I am indeed hallucinating.

A possibility
One possibility is that they are getting ready for the release of iOS10. Perhaps they are just in the app store because the release of the new operating system is only about a month away. Of course, this is just speculation on my part.
