What happened to Blindie Match, Fruit Machine and IAssociate 2?

Not sure if I picked the right forum, but I hope so. Just curious when Blindie Match, Fruit Machine and IAssociate 2 disappeared from the app store. I have them on my old 8 plus phone, but cannot get them onto my new iphone 13. Any hope of them coming back, or do I just say RIP to them and find new favorite time-wasting games? Thanks!

Have you tried looking under your purchased items within the app store? You may still find these games there and possibly download them again, even though they can't be directly downloaded from the app store. I managed to get some of these old games onto my current phone in the way I described. Good luck.

Thank you very much for this suggestion. Unfortunately, I went all through all the purchased items, and unless there were major, major focus issues, they simply don't exist any more. I might look one more time, but I'm afraid ther's no hope of ever playing those games again. They've gone the way of Solara and Papa Sangre. I guess I was just hoping for better news. Thanks again.

You're welcome. It's a real shame you can't play those games any more. I would really love to play Ear Monsters, Sixth Sense, Audio Defence and other classic titles again but unfortunately, it's a no-go.

I loved Ear Monsters! Stem Stumper was my favorite iPhone game ever and the best game I've played, accessible or otherwise in a long time. I met one of my friends through playing it and it helped me through an episode of depression. I wish we could play these old games again, but such is the world of disposable entertainment that gaming is slowly turning into.

I forgot about Stem Stumper; think that was popular back when I first got my 5S, and back then, I didn't really wrap my head around it for whatever reason. I still miss Solara and Hanging with friends, and touch target was awesome. Thankful for the games we have now, but it's sad when really fun ones have to disappear.

Hello, I also had this issue when I transfer my data to my new iphone 12.
Blindie Match was my favorite time/killer game and now its gone.
Hope why can contact the developer to encourage him&her to update this games.

I *think* that Blindie Match has the same developer as crafting kingdom and galactic colonies, so maybe we can reach out and ask for Blindie Match to be updated. Since Fruitpot exists, I can live without fruit machine, although they are both fun in different ways, but Blindie Match was perfect for times when I only had a few minutes to spare. Guessing we wouldn't have luck resurrecting iAssociate 2, which is sad, because I bought a ton of puzzle packs for that one. Ah well. Thanks for the suggestion; will see if there's any way to contact Blindie Match developer.

IIRC the developer of crafting kingdom did a blog about getting accessibility working in Unity, and Blindie Match was just a demo app for that, although it was a pretty good game. I think overall I liked color crush better because it had a couple different modes, and I don't really like the Unity accessibility interface. But maybe if enough people showed interest, she would update and improve it.

I still have the app on my phone and play it.

Still have iAssociate 2 and still play it on myiPhone 8 Plus running iOS 15.1, I do miss the game that was made by PunkPie about matching the music and creating a groove. That was back when I had a 5S as well in 2013. Still wish there was something like it thougheax was like a music jam or something, absolute fave. It was a self voicing and it always describe the type of rhythms you needed to challenge yourself to get to the next level so you can make more music every layer added something new.

I remember the name of that game I described in the prior comment, Aurify! My absolute favorite game, next to The Knight Jar and all the Papa Songre games.

Well, I just found out from a friend that iAssociate still existes... Sort of. It's now iAssociate 3, and it doesn't work with VO at all. That was a very sad/frustrating discovery. Still missing Fruit Machine and Blindie match, though. Yes, Swordy Quest is awesome, as is Dungeons and Such, but they're just not the same.
