VoiceOver item chooser no longer working in map on King of Dragon Pass in iOS 15

Hi:

It seems that the item chooser is broken in the map on King of Dragon Pass. Prior to iOS and iPAD OS 15 it worked fine, but such is no longer the case. Perhaps there is a way to resolve this?
