Star Wars games that are accessible for iOS and Mac?

Hi everyone. I've bin wanting to start a project to make mainstream games accessible because I really think blind people would have fun playing some of them.

I'm a huge Star Wars fan as well, but their are not really any Star Wars games out their for the blind community to enjoy, except for a Lightbattles1, Clash of Lightsabers which is only for windows and has sound..

Back to the project!! I've bin wondering if it would be possible to contact any developer to make Star Wars games accessible and other games accessible, because I really don't like how developers don't care about the blind community as much, and keep forgetting that we might need some games like action games to enjoy, not just stupid card games.. If anyone would like to join me on my mission, you can contact me on Twitter and via eMail.. eMail is:

I really love Star Wars and I'm sure you all do as well and I'm trying to make dreams become a reality. Like I said their is only 1game for windows. The game allows you to defeat a Sith enemy. You either hear a lightsaber sound coming from your left, right or center headphones/speakers then you are supposed to block and then attack. This game is pretty fast so if you don't block and attack him at the right time he will hit you, in some modes he also twirls his lightsaber which I really enjoy because twirling it will get him down quite a lot.

But anyway..

May the force be with you!!

If someone doesn't stand up for accessibility, I'm not sure if anyone will. Accessibility is a sirius issue, and we need it more than ever.

Hello Eric,
I'm glad to see that you are interested in trying to make Star Wars games accessible. I'm a huge Star Wars fan myself. But in regards to your comment, I don't think it's that the developers don't care so much as it is that they don't know how to make it accessible. I've encountered many situations in which I get a confused look when I ask for something like a Braille menu or a pair of headphones that describe a movie. The blind is a relatively small community in comparison to the rest of the world and there are some things that some people just don't think about or things that people don't know even exist.
However, I am with you that I would love to see more action games in addition to the numerous card games we have to play. I don't know much about coding for Swift, but I am in the process of learning how to code in a couple of languages including Swift. If you need assistance or a beta tester when the game is closer to being finished, I would love to help.
May the Force be with you!

But anyway thanks fora the comment, and also it seems like I can't find any good quality Star Wars sound effects.. Glad you are a Star Wars fan.

And I'm a Jedi, I only practice some of the philosophy of the Jedi.

One thing I'm concerned about is copyright issues. Hope I don't get sued over a game that I want to create..

I keep contacting several audio gaming companies and they saying that they don't have the money to do it and also they don't have the licenses for it. How are you supposed to even get a license?
