Question about sonokids apps

Hi guys.
Just wondering does anyone use the ballyland apps from Sonokids?
And is anyone having issues?
The issue I'm having is when I go into the ballyland magic plus app or the VO lab app and when I turn off voiceover and turn on the self voicing it turns on visually but I do not hear speech.
Is anyone else experienceing this issue?
This is happening with ballyland magic plus, VO lab and the ballyland roter app.
I think the cosmo bally app works fine atleast when I last tried it it worked okay.

Hey guys.
This issue has been rectified
Turns out my ipad was on mute and as a result of that it was not playing the sounds and I couldn't hear the self-voicing.
