Problem with lords and knights

Hi, I have unjailbroken my iPhone and restored it, then when I entered into lords and knights all of my account was gone. But in gamecenter I can still see my achievements and stuff. My friends can see my previous account in alliance too. I didn't connect the game via facebook. please can somebody tell me how to log into my account? I didn't connect to it via e-mail either. Thank you.

Second time lucky! I'm writing as I'm experiencing a few probs with Lords And Knights. Both are slightly complicated, so I'll try to be as brief and as clear as I can. Firstly, one of my 4 castles Ma-Shakespeare, was tragically attacked and then captured; this I discovered to my horror upon logging in last Saturday evening! Basically, the player didn't want to take it, but was forced owing to my having mistakenly attacked them. Whilst attempting to work on the other 3 castles, I noticed the game layout had changed without warning, which brings me to my second problem, namely that it is now highly inaccesseble for voiceOver users as the five tabs can't be clicked on unless is willing to waste the whole day pushing buttons redundantly, or ofcorse there's somebody around to help. To go bacb to my first issue re the retaking of my castle, I'm in the process of attempting to attack it, but fear I don't have the relavant silver. Additionally, again, I can't click on the the specific castle unaided. Can anyone help with this? I've tried contacting the developer through hereelpShift 4 times but haven't had any response so far.

I'm in US 2. Everything works fine. Maybe you should start over in a different world? It sounds like your account data got messed up. You might not want to continue with it if you only have a few castles. It'd be easier to start over somewhere else.

I have no issues with this game, it works perfectly, and it’s fully accessible, the people that have some issues, maybe you guys want to check the App Store for updates, or update your iPhone to the latest software.

If you have your login ID, you can send that to the developers and the developers might be able to restore your account

Thank you, I'll try that, although I've already bombarded the poor developers with quiries re voiceOver and reclaiming castles. Incidently, how does it help to send the log-inid? What is the purpose?

Someone who can see tried accessing the game on my behalf today, and also found it problematic. In addition, I've tried the double-click and hold function on parts of the game where appljicable, but to no avail... there has to be Some Waay Around THis.
