I am stuck at registration screen. I've entered the OTP from my Email, it says success, verification code sent to your Email. Seems to be a loop.

By David Standen on Sunday, July 6, 2025 - 12:17

It took me 2 attempts for my email address to be recognised. However, when I enter the verification code, nothing happens. I have heard of this behaviour happening from others on the audiogames.net website in recent days.

@David Standen This is because the server is currently closed. You will be able to log in once the server is open. There are approximately 11 hours remaining until the official launch.

I just pre-ordered the game, and I was experiencing the same problems when registering, but I just red through all the comments. I did just subscribed to this forum, Looking forward to when it launches, I feel as we haven’t had a game like this in a while when it comes to a multiplayer online shooter type game.

Let's be real: today, your passion broke our servers. We honestly didn't anticipate the sheer force of this community, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We've also crushed those frustrating crash bugs affecting our Android and screen reader users.

We didn't just fix it; we supercharged it. The battlefield is back online, stronger and more stable than ever.

As our apology, a massive "Resilience Pack" is waiting for you in your in-game mail RIGHT NOW:

40,000 Gold, 60 Stamina, 30 Diamonds, and 10 Armor Fragments!
PLUS! For the next 48 hours (until July 11th, 2025, Beijing Time), everyone who logs in or registers gets an extra "Glory's Return" Mystery Reward!

But here's the REAL game-changer...

Tired of running out of Stamina? Sick of fighting alone? We've just unlocked the ultimate feature to solve both problems, letting you and your friends build your very own UNLIMITED Stamina Engine and get geared up with epic loot!

How to Become a Legend (It's SUPER Easy):

Step 1: GET YOUR CODE. Head to the in-game homepage (bottom-right), find "Invite & Win," and double-tap to copy your unique invite link.
Step 2: Share it anywhere — send it to your friends or post it in your community or on social media. Let the whole world see it!
Step 3: REAP THE INSANE REWARDS. When a friend uses your link to register and jumps into the game, you'll be showered with MASSIVE amounts of Stamina, Gold, powerful Weapons, and Armor materials!
This is your best shot to rally your old squad and recruit new allies! Don't wait—your legendary comeback story starts now.

How many AppleVis folks are actually playing this, and how are you finding the gameplay mechanics and overall playability?
Also, with regards to the post above, are you not concerned about gameplay imbalance by powering up players currently active within this game, while newcomers will be starting with whatever the starting gear is for new characters? I am referring to the big payout bonus you are offering current players, by the way. 😟

I have been playing the game, but i haven't gotten very far. I'm still on chapter 1, and have only unlocked 10 stars. For the stages I have played thus far, the first few are quite easy, but they become progressively difficult as there are more positions to navigate. The controls are easy to master once you get the hang of them.

I've commented about this when they made a seemingly deleted post asking for international partners on the AudioGames forum. I knew nothing about this company at the time as I'm not into audio-games myself, but my initial impression reading that thread made me quite suspicious about them, and subsequente developments have done nothing to ease that suspicion. Judging from their three threads on the AudioGames forum as well as here I don't think this is generating a lot of interest, however someone mentioned that their WhatsApp channel was quite busy so I don't know what to think, but I can't shake off the thought that this outage allegedly caused by an overload of love was nothing more than a publicity stunt to generate hype.

Maybe I'm just wrong, but one thing that I'm almost sure of is that this company does not seem to have a customer-centric DNA, plus they don't even seem to have in-house technical expertise given that the legal name of the developer on the App Store is another company that they seem to have contracted for the purpose of producing this game, so in the end this might simply amount to gamified micro-transactions. I still hope to be wrong about all this since I don't wish failure on anyone, but there's something about how these people communicate that makes me uneasy about them, and it's not just the AI-augmented hype. The simple fact that many people claimed that their phones froze during the outage is enough to raise my alertness since a server not responding is not a good technical excuse to cripple everyone's devices.

I've tried the game, but I can honestly say that I'm not impressed, either by the game mechanics or the microtransactions. That's some shady stuff right there and I'm not here for that.

By Igna Triay on Thursday, July 10, 2025 - 20:44

Could you expand on your experience? I downloaded it, I haven’t tried it yet, due to lack of time, but, should I even bother?

By Joseph on Thursday, July 10, 2025 - 23:51

Firstly, to be honest with you, even though I got the automatic weapon switching and reloading purchases for a month, I don't really feel that they provide me with any more enjoyment to the overall gameplay experience. All they do is make it a bit easier for me to kill things as they get closer in the beginning stages. Short of that, I don't feel that the game has much going for it.

Secondly, even if/when you train up your ajility, stamina and concentration levels, they end up dropping over time so you need to complete that beginning stages to get more points to train them up, and it ends up becoming a diminishing return type thing. Rather annoying from what I can see, and I see no point in continuing to do that sort of thing.

Thirdly, the very presents of microtransactions is a serious thorn in my side. Yes, I know the developers need to make money. But I feel like they're going about it the wrong way. There are probably far better ways to gain financial compensation for a game like this...I just don't think microtransactions are a good way to do it. If the developers had used something like a monthly or anual subscription moddle, even if I didn't like it I'd understand it. But this? Charging 100 dollars to get 6000 diamonds to use on in-game equipment and the like? Naa, not here for it.

So, I've played all three games from this company. Glory Front Line isn't exactly my cup of tea, but that's not because the devs use micro-transactions. I'm just not a fan of shooters or tower defense games. That, however, isn't a reason to come down in anger on micro-transactions. I haven't dealt much with micro-transactions in this one, but Call of Fate also has these. Here's the thing: you aren't forced, in that game, to use micro-transactions; you can mosey along quite happily as a free player. Is that different in Glory Front Line? Getting angry over micro-transactions that are entirely optional soedn't make sense to me.

The issue I do have, though, is with the timing of the release of the games. So far, the company has rushed out three games in a startlingly short space of time, which means that features that should be there are sometimes missing. Call of Fate is still missing a feature that was present in the beta, for example. I think the company needs to re-evaluate their release policy, because getting a fully featured game into the hands of gamers is far more important than simply giving them something to play with as soon as possible. Glory Front Line is an example of what over-hyping and rushing can do.

Hi. Hope all is well. I can't seem to get past this part where the TTS says to swipe right to find the confirm button and double tap to continue... Direct Touch is on for the game, I have tried with Voiceover on and off... nothing. Any ideas or suggestions on what to do? I just downloaded this about half an hour ago.

By Tayo on Friday, July 11, 2025 - 00:44

Try closing the app, then reopening it and trying again. Keep VoiceOver on until the game is launched, you'll need it until the game is up and running. Now, once the first screen comes up asking you to swip right to continue, do that, and the next screen should come up. If swiping right doesn't work, swipe up. You should be able to swipe your way through the remaining screens until you get to the login screen, which is where you'll need VoiceOver. If you've already got an account, you can simply use that. If not, the developers advise creating a custom account with a name, password and security questions. Fill out everything, log in, and turn off VoiceOver once you have.

@Tayo: Just because I said that the presence of microtransactions in the title was, and I quote, "a serious thorn in my side," that does not mean that I am angered by them being there. Annoyed? Yes, certainly. But to state that I am angry is rather an overstatement. I shall take no further part in this conversation, and would ask that the administrators remove any contributions I have made to it if they feel the need to do so. Good day.
