I`d like to offer my new audio game – Echoid for your attention.
Leave your eyes and make use of your ears for playing!
You control the ball moving between platforms in 3 rows.
A trap randomly appears on your way.
Your task is to avoid it, so listen carefully where the trap is.
It is not as easy as it seems.
To control the ball is as simple as ABC - just use swipe to the left and swipe to the right.
This interesting and endless game requires quick reflexes and concentration!
The longer you play, the more points you score and the more difficult the game becomes.

There are only 2 sides where the ball moves, while the full version has 3 of them. The complexity is slightly simplified and limited.

It might be a simplistic game, but it becomes more difficult the more you progress. I personally like it. My high score so far is 240.

Hi! After reading the thread here, I decided to download Echoid on to my iPhone, and I'm glad I did. Even though the gestures to play the game are simple, avoiding the traps is not always easy, especially when the game gets faster. I played it for a short while yesterday to try it out, and my highest score so far is only 80, but I hope to improve that in the future. Thanks to the developer for this fun but challenging little game.

I need more time for it. Few month or more. RPG is not a little-simple game.
Just downloaded it.
It takes me a while to figure out how to do things, so I'm not having much luck with this. A lot of the time I just sit there because I'm not sure which way to swipe. If the trap is on the right and the ball is on the left, there's nowhere I would want to swipe or I'd get the ball in the trap. Maybe I'm misunderstanding this game, but I can't see where I get to do anything.
Swiping
You only need to swipe if you hear the trap in both of your headphones. I hope this makes sense.

Couldn't get past level 1 in Two Steps
I couldn't get past the first level of Two Steps, so I immediately deleted it. It's hard to hear exactly where the lake is in that game/needs more things for orientation, I think. I just don't think it's as accessable as everyone wants you to think. Maybe, it's supposed to be like that, but I didn't care for it.
I'm finding the same thing. The sounds are confusing.
I don't know what is the ball and what I'm supposed to be avoiding. I'd delete it, but I had to pay something for it and that'll be money down the drain.

If I hear the ball and trap in the same lane, I swipe away. The ball is the higher sound. I really like casual arcade games. Great fun.

When I was talking about two steps
When I was talking about two steps, I'm talking about the other game these developers created. it's where you're supposed to get to the lake in a snowy scene everytime. however, you're also supposed to walk away from the storm which rages on around you/hard to hear where the lake is to travel toward it. Echoid is a blast, but sometimes, VoiceOver causes you to miss the direction you'd like to go, so you land in the sand trap. the sound effects in this game are good enough for 8byt or whatever those old games used. however, new improvements could be that VO doesn't make you fall into the trap by having a faster reaction time to your swipe.

Turn Voiceover off while playing, and you will progress a lot further in the game.
VO was off
VoiceOver was off when I tried the two steps game. if any of you've played it, you're in a snowy scene and have to get to the lake. it's harder after level one, and I didn't really care for it/it needs a lot of work. the storm shouldn't be that loud, I don't think. however, it should still provide a challenge to players.
