Dice world, Balut no longer gives video prompts and no answer or reaction from the game developers

Hi all. I am an avid dice world user, anhd one of my favorite games is Balut. Recently, after updating to IOS 10, I noticed that Balut is no longer giving video prompts after each turn for collecting gold. If I use magic tap for gold, I only get one or two adds, with the primary adds being Big Fish Casino. There are also no more adds that switch the the screen to horrizontal screen for adds. None of those adds are showing either. I have written to the game developer with no answer, even though they encourage feedback. Therefore, I am hoping that someone else that sees this topic will know how to fix this. I have tried restoring the phone, deleting diceworld and reinstalling all to no avail. I am all out of ideas. I will be checking the website frequently just in case someone elsse has some information on how to fix this, or knows of an accessible ballut game with Voice/over.
